STEP 1 PROPERTY DATABASE

We will maintain a Property Database comprising a current listing of properties nationwide and provide a portal for interested investors to pool resources.

STEP 2 BUY IN

You can buy into an investment property with a minimum of $10,000 with other qualified investors payable to InterVest with a check from any US based financial institution.

STEP 3 REMODEL

Once the property is purchased, it will be up to the Primary Investor to assign the project for remodeling.

STEP 4 SELL

Once the renovation is complete, the property will be placed on the market.

STEP 5 PAY OUT

Once the property is “flipped” and sold, the returns, including the full initial premium, minus administrative fees and expenses, are allocated back to you based on the proportion of your initial investment. Funds will also be distributed to the investors by check.
